Baili is from Richton, MS. She is a graduate of Richton High School and a current student at Jones College where she is pursuing a degree in Kinesiology. She is 20 years old and is a member of the Jones Cheer Team. She started as a cheerleader for the Richton Rebels and was an all star cheerleader at Ace for 9 years. Baili is a junior coach here at LGC.
Brittani Powe is from Ellisville, MS. She is twenty-one years old and a graduate of South Jones High School. Brittani was a school cheerleader for fifteen years, and she was also an all-star cheerleader with Gem of Champions. She coached tumbling for four years at LGC. Brittani is now a cosmetologist in Laurel and works part time as an office assistant at LGC. During football season, you can find her in the stands at Ole Miss cheering on #22. Brittani is a great asset to our team at LGC!
Dawson Lowery is from Petal, MS. He is a member of the Jones College Bobcat cheer team that is currently ranked 2nd in the nation. He has been coaching tumbling for five years, and he was also on NCA staff. Dawson has tumbled for 14 years and has been a cheerleader for 2 years. Dawson’s favorite activity is tumbling, and he also has a passion for reclaiming old outdated furniture. Dawson’s favorite movie is Transformers, and his favorite team is Alabama! Although Dawson is busy, he definitely has his priorities in line. He firmly believes God first, family and friends second, and school athletics third. We are so happy to have Dawson at LGC!
Chris Archie is from Brandon, MS. He and his wife Breann have three children. Chris began cheering in All Stars while he was in high school in Brandon. He then cheered for JCJC and went on The University of Louisiana at Monroe. He has been coaching tumbling for seventeen years, eight of those with LGC. Chris is a senior coach at LGC, and he works with kids of all ages from beginner level through advanced. Chris has also been judging cheerleader tryouts for 12 years throughout the Southeast. Chris has a strong work ethic. He believes you get out of something what you put in to it. His favorite coffee is a vanilla frappe from Small Coffee Big Taste. In his free time, he likes to play golf. We are so happy to have Chris as part of our coaching staff.
London Jones is from Laurel, MS. She graduated from Laurel High School where she was a cheerleader. She continued cheerleading at the collegiate level at The University of Southern Mississippi. London has worked at LGC for a little over a year. She teaches tumbling and is also a coach for our all-star program, Gem of Champions. London also instructs summer cheerleading camps for LGC. She is a certified judge for all- star cheerleading competitions. London also choreographs and instructs try-out material for schools from all over the Pinebelt. London loves all things cheer and tumble, and she is so happy to have the opportunity to work with our all-stars at LGC. If you need to know which coach is London, she is usually the one with a jacket on even if it is during the summer. We are so happy to have London on board at LGC!
Jada Bright is from Laurel, MS. She is a recent graduate of West Jones High School, and now is attending Jones College. She is 18 and has been a cheerleader for at least half of her life. Jada has instructed summer cheer camps at LGC. Jada loves kids and is thankful for the opportunity to work with them in this capacity. Jada is a big fan of Lee’s Coffee Shop, and her favorite movie is The Notebook. She has been instructing tumbling at LGC for a little over 6 months, and Jada is a huge asset to our gym.
Callie Bates is from Laurel, MS. Callie started cheering at Shady Grove Elementary and continued cheering all throughout high school at West Jones. Callie has been a part of LGC most of her life. She took tumbling, stunt, and jump lessons at LGC. She also cheered for LGC Xtreme All-Stars. Callie has been teaching gymnastics for a year and a half. She describes her coaching style as strict, but enthusiastic. She likes providing a fun and exciting environment for all of her students.
Dylan Sullivan is from Mobile, AL. He is twenty years old and a graduate of Mary G. Montgomery High School. Dylan is now attending Jones College where he is a member of the nationally ranked Bobcat cheer team. He has been coaching tumbling for 2 years. In addition to teaching private tumbling lessons, he also offers coed stunt lessons. Dylan says his favorite movie is Christopher Robin, and his favorite car is a mustang. If you see him out having dinner, it will probably be at Long Horn. We are so happy to have Dylan as part of our staff!
Erin Dry is from Laurel, MS. Erin started working at LGC in 1996. Erin believes that the experience of working at the gym throughout high school and college taught her skills that she has carried throughout her life. Erin is a cosmetologist, and after working for several years in Hattiesburg she has moved back home to Laurel. She is working as an office assistant and helps make up our office staff. We are so happy to have her back, and working part-time allows her to be home with her sweet baby girl, Presley. Erin is always smiling and is ready to help you have the best experience possible at LGC!
Abby Stauffer is from Laurel, MS. She is a student at West Jones High School. Abby has been a cheerleader at West Jones as well as an all-star cheerleader. Abby has taken gymnastics for nine years at LGC and absolutely loves it! She has loved all of her instructors and enjoys the atmosphere at LGC. Working at LCG was a dream of Abby’s because gymnastics has always been such a big part of her life. She hopes to inspire boys and girls to be active in gymnastics as well. We are so pleased to have Abby as part of our staff at LGC.
